After launching its new degree program on culinary arts earlier in 2021, Nossi College of Art has added Tom Eckert to its list of advisory board members. Eckert is serving as an executive chef of Morph Hospitality Group.

In a recent Nossi news release, Eckert said that people like him wish to not only guide students through what they term “kitchen psychology” but also aid in shaping the skills of students. On the other hand, the Culinary Director at Nossi College of Art, namely Anthony Mandriota, described the advisory board of the educational institute as great. Here are the other members who would join Eckert on the advisory board.

  • Tabor Luckey, President of Luckey Hospitality operations
  • Cory Coleman, Director of Luckey Hospitality operations
  • Garrett Pittler, COP Specialist at US Foods
  • Andrea Duncan, Ole Red Nashville’s Restaurant Manager
  • Donald Ferguson, Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club’s executive chef
  • Bonnie Mason, Ryman Hospitality Group’s Director of Talent Acquisition
